Our approach
This website collects as little as possible. It has no accounts, no logins, no contact forms and no online payments, which means there is very little personal information on it to protect in the first place.

Information you send us
When you call, text or email us, your message stays within our business phone and email accounts. We use it to handle your order or question and delete it when it is no longer needed. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Keep sensitive information private
Never send card numbers, bank details, passwords or ID numbers by email or text. We will not ask you for them that way.
Protect yourself from scams
This website never asks for payment. If you receive an unexpected message claiming to be from Flame Throwers and asking for money or personal details, do not respond. Call us directly at 509-913-2693 to check whether it is real.
Reporting a security concern
